I am making a promise to myself to get back on track. It's tough, because my son is weaning himself... so there goes my extra nursing points. I am now limited to 30 points a day. Ouch. I have already eaten 13 of those today...

So I'm going to have to be creative for the rest of the day. But, good thing is.. I had eggs for breakfast and those keep me full for awhile.

So:

- No Snacking on anything lying around in the house. If I want something I will force myself to know how many points I am putting in my mouth.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
