Struggling over here… feeling hungry and a little worried that my calories are too low. But, then I’m worried I’ll lose motivation if I don’t see lots of weight changes. My calculated BMR is 1389, and I had wanted to do a 1200 calorie diet. But, now I’m thinking of upping my daily intake to 1500 or so. It doesn’t help that I’m crabby and more hunger as I’m waiting for my cycle to start any day. Just ranting a little.
