BS 104 Last big event of the season yesterday. Great time lots of work but went off without a hitch. back to normal today walking Water Aerobics and eating normal. Going Down. Last 50 days to the season must lose my next 10 lbs.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
