So after having years of dieting and exercising without success I am excited that I am learning about Saturated Fats and how important they are in your body. I am finally starting to lose weight. I was 359.5 last Aug 2022. I'm down to 322.9 today March 28th 2023. I had 2 months in there for the holidays I was pretty bad but have been doing soooo much better staying on track. I have been trying to get over 6,000 steps a day in. For me that is a lot since I was using a walker 4 months ago and couldn't go half a block. I've hit 7500 steps a few times and once I hit 10,000 in the past few weeks. I'm doing good. I feel better everyday. I do need to focus on sleep too though, that is where I struggle. I sleep 5 to 6 hours. I need 7 to 8.
146.5 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 71.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
