Scale went up a bit today, but my body is feeling a bit heavy and sore from CrossFit, so I’m hoping it’s muscle weight 🤞🏼

Non-scale victories:
- Got my first compliments today 💃🏻
- Last nights measurements are showing the changes. Biggest losers were chest and waist with 7cm each.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
