Well I got up and weighed myself this morning and was up a half pound. I am not going to record it because I am retaining water from this blasted heatwave.
I made deviled eggs this morning and crumbled bacon in them, something that I would never have tried before but they aren't too bad. :) Kind of a breakfast themed deviled egg.
Lunch was a turkey burger and green pepper and tomato salad with balsamic vinaigrette (didn't have avocados)
Oh and I went on a walk with friends this morning before it got miserable out. It felt good to be walking again and didn't have any problems with my knee. Woo Hoo!
