Day 3 of phase 3. Tomorrow I start to increase my caloric intake slowly. I'm a little nervous, but maintaining the weight over the last couple days makes me feel a little better. I will continue to keep track of everything I eat to make sure I stay on target. I still am unsure if it's ok to lose wieght during this phase of my journey to a healthier body inside and out.
