omg! was horrified to ee my weight jump up like that..! went to groceries and bought figs,prunes and walnuts.. i knew not to eat too many figs,but never checked sugar content...also drinking tea with sugar in it..(and lemon) also found coffee with sugar and milk already in it(usually have 2 in morning)16g.of sugar each cup.. also last few days eating 2 hotdogs with cheese and mini pitas
oh was eating also 1 c. greek yogourt.. so disappointed..plus havent been doing much steps at all
trouble with arthritis in legs plus bad circulation.. going to try to cut down drastically on SUGAR now.. but i actually thought i was eating so well.lol....
