I walked the dog yesterday morning and got rained on for a few minutes but overall it was a good walk. 2.26 miles in 34:25 minutes. It was a new route for us and surprisingly the dog didn't stop to hike his leg. :) I drank several bottles of water and I felt heavy but I guess the weigh in says differently. In the evening I have the cravings for something sweet. I have always been a candy/cake/cookie monster so this is one of my hardest challenges. I've been counting calories which so far has been the biggest help on my quest. I can say that I was easily consuming maybe up to twice of what I should of been, maybe three times more at times. I enjoy eating but I have a mission and I'm mentaly dedicated to reaching my goal. I hope everyone can stay strong and reach their goal. Good luck to all.

I have been doing well for a while now and suddenly the sweets cravings have overtaken me the past several days. I am cursing that middle school band fundraiser and the cookie dough I had in my freezer as a result of it. My kids can't seem to eat these cookies fast enough and I have been having varying degrees of success resisting the temptation. I find have found that I just had to commit to not snacking at all after dinner--only water. That has helped me when the sweets craving hits. Good luck.
