Hi. I saw your comment. I'm on the 28 day mealplan. It's a low calorie meal plan, but you lose weight quite fast. You can read up about it on google. There is also a facebook page called: "Die 28 dae eetplan fotos" If you have and questions. You can feel free to join and ask there. Men eat double portions.
