Set myself some new refreshed goals, if I am discipline in eating and exercise my body reacts accordingly. It really doesn't need much. If I can focus on this for four months Im sure I will be very close to 70kg's ... from now until end July is the best time to do this. No exams this semester. Still have to put my head in my books for the next two months but this is the best case scenario and I can do it. After July its tone and maintain. I really can do this!
