前幾天體重有到65kg,嚇死寶寶了! 荒廢很久的減重計劃要重新啟動~ 加上現在菜很便宜,我前天買了一袋青花菜(有5顆不小)才$50,高麗菜一顆$20可是家裡還有不敢買,青椒也1袋$50,吃不完的菜...... 減少吃肉跟飯,調味以清淡為主,這2天排便很順~ 。。。。。。。。。。 4/17體重63.9kg
