New day, new start. 190, not happy with that. I've been eating and, more so, drinking a lot lately. I saw an HCG doctor last week, I'm just too concerned about possible side effects. So let's try this again! Low carb, light exercise, no booze except on cheat days, which I think I'll make Sundays.
