Trouble to keep eating slow, wow it is a thing to be monitored better. I really envy my wife on this, she takes so much time eating.

We’re you from a big family like me? Lol I still eat quickly and probably don’t register full til minutes later. It is a talent to eat slow!

I know this for certain it is a talent. I have always worked with the public in different settings. So I always ate fast and serve customers in bettwen two customers; now I am retired for quit a while and have a heck of a time to eat normally. Sometimes I am successful and getting better at it.

My mom used to suggest putting your fork down between bites and counting the # of chews, try to get 12 or so before swallowing. Stop eating when you’re near satisfied. Enjoy food. Happy retirement:)
