I am sticking to my daily morning workouts; they're keeping me focused and on point. We went for a 40-minute walk afterwards. My diet needs work but I'm trying to burn more than I eat. I reached my first goal of 140 in February and now I'm resetting to new goal of 135. We got this! Enjoy the day all!
