it has been very difficult for me aswell after my 2nd baby. im eating lots of protein ( egg whites, fish meat and chicken ) with lots of veggies. cut back on suger and bread!! and i also try to work out 5 days a weak... strenght training and 1 day cardio.

Jasmin.love it is not easy but im feeling proud of myself. I have so much stretch marks on my body. But im learning to love it. My body went thru ALOT during 2 pregnancies but its amazing what your body can do. Thank you for all the support. This groups makes it easier to feel comfertable and motivated💜
