Coming back from another long run today and the scale is polite to me today. according to my health tracker app, I burned 1500 calories on my still empty tummy.
I am Soo oOoOO close in achieving my goal of 160lb. If I stick to the plan for another week or so, I may be there.
I will be traveling for two weeks in May which will likely set me back a few lb. Even though I plan in exercising while on the road I won't be able to keep up the frequency of exercise.
I just hope the gains are not going to be too much.
