BS 117 I am going to try something new. I'm going to eat ONLY when I'm really hungry!! I have to lose this 15 lbs!!! before I get home.
83.8 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When you feel hungry, drink a full glass of water and then distract yourself with some activity. Activity is the most effective hunger suppressant.

I just realized these posts are being read. Thank you for the response. My biggest problem is snacking at night. But I'm going to try not eating after 7pm. That worked before. Thank you for responding.

I also struggle with evening snacks but I try to drink water or herbal tea. I found I wanted snacks while watching tv, so now I limit my sedentary night activities to one hour per night.
