0 carb diet, anything that had a face (meat and fish) shellfish, and eggs, cheese, butter. Anyone considering this as with any keto watch the electrolytes, see Drs on this diet giving advicen some are on it for same reason as me, it helps cure auto immune diseases insulin resistance and inflammation, together with the weight loss. Don't count calories and eat each meal until comfortably full generally feel vert satiated

Did u find it easy?? If I don't have bread, pasta, rice, potatoes on my meal I feel like not gonna be full of that makes sense, I'd love to try it n uv done absolutely amazing well done xx
