Ran today, this morning. I really have to go to bed by 10:30 if I want to be awake for the rest of the day at work after running at 5:30. But 10:30 seems to be the limit, it works just fine. Felt good to run this morning, though my legs were tired from a tough bellydance class last night--we did a lot of fast paced movement--which is not always the case because we focus on different things and move around more or less depending on what the focus is that class. And we are working on coreographing for another performance! woo hoo! ok, anyway... hope all of your weeks are going well!

Your classes sound like so much fun!! Wow, you get up at 5:30 to run... you're a trooper. I hate getting up early to do anything, especially exercise. Good for you!

Yeah. I'm more of a morning person, but I have to go to bed a little earlier than normal, I pretty much conk out around 10 30 or 11, and get up around 6. it can fluctuate though as long as I get at min. 7 hrs of sleep.
