didn't have a very healthy lunch so I am trying to be better by having a healthier dinner! I have been feeling very bad about what I am eating even if i eat under 1,000 calories day so I am going to eat more high-protein meals. Hopefully, there is some progress tomorrow. Going to do my workout now.
