Start one day at the time ❤️ don’t pressure and don’t be hard on yourself. Make small changes with food , go for a slightly longer walk and once you start feeling a bit better push a little harder. We put so much pressure on it all that we loose interest and feeling disappointed ☹️ You will get there just keep showing up and keep trying. Sending love 💕
