Worked out today, I also did a staircase run and took over five turfs so a walk on 1½ hour.
Did gain a little since yesterday but I guess it´s fine since I did eat some crisps that I will not eat today!
Feeling a bit tired today think it´s the weather but then again my youngest dog is exhausted now after the walk xD
