Carnivore 25℅ protien / 73℅ fat and 2℅carbs 1500 cal per day. I walk a bit further every day. I lost 8kg in 25 days. I suppose alot of that is water weight....but I do see changes in my face, bust and bellyfat. Carb and sugar cravings are gone. Best of all I am never hungry.
