Hello and Happy Wednesday FS!
Down a tad but still hanging around the same numbers. I’ve been taking a break from walking. My feet are starting to feel better. I have been doing some aqua sizing and resistance bands, in and out of the water.
Hubby has been working on my recumbent trike. Yesterday we rode around the neighborhood. He says it’s just about ready but has a couple of other things to do. Then we will schedule a day outing. He’s amazing what he can do with being right side affected and only able to use his left hand. Between building a custom trailer to transport both trikes and modifying a used trike for me. Our son did help him a couple of times but basically he did most of it himself. It’s been a long project. Now for the fun! Nothing like starting a new activity (at least for me) at almost 72 years old.
