Walaupun naik dibandingkan bb minggu kmrn gara2 badan ndk bisa diajak kompromi bwt WO dan defisit kalori tapi msh sesuai target turun 0,3℅ dr bb awal
61.2 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
