Still here, still willing. Some days have been better than others - but what the hell, the whole week has been way better than in the recent past.
The 'chatter' still got to me a bit. It's definitely challenging to accept the fact that I am not going to starve by eating more reasonably-sized portions. I still tend to panic and take more food upfront (just in case it's not enough) even though, I know logically that if I am still hungry I can get more food.
Today, the desire to be able to move more freely without aches and pains is what is keeping me going. But, OMG!, totally forgot how much my tummy hates change! I have been very uncomfortable from eating better food. I am trying an enzyme to help with digestion to see if that's makes a difference. Here's hoping.
