Well, the concert outing wasn't without problems for my diet, but I do think I could have done worse. It was a long evening, and I was getting very hungry, and nothing healthy to eat in sight. I ended up eating some french fries. Not sure how many...probably half my order. I managed to get maybe three hours of sleep after I got home. My weight, surprisingly to me, was only up .4 lb from yesterday. I sort of expected worse...we'll see what it looks like tomorrow (for my weigh in...not really a day I like surprises, but couldn't be helped this time). Today I had oatmeal for breakfast, and plan my usual tilapia for dinner tonight.

Those fries would have three to four hundred calories which is no big deal but the salt alone could push you up. You'll be back down tomorrow. Keep up the excellent job reflected on your chart!

Thanks information. Yeah, I've been trying to limit salt intake today. Don't think I've had much at all..have definitely not added any to my food. Haven't drank anything but lots of water and a cup of coffee. 300-400 calories for the fries wouldn't be too bad...I think I only had about 1200 calories all day before the concert. I can't say I even enjoyed the fries very much...I haven't ate anything like that in a couple of months...made me feel kind of sick.

.4 eh? Pee once and it'll be gone - ha! When I'm retaining water from a high in sodium meal I drink a lot of Diet Arizona Iced Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey and it flushes me out pretty darn quickly. Don't sweat it!
