Mr Lewis, I'm going to be the resident keto apologist and suggest - have you thought about lowering carbs? :) Eat all the fat. Thing is you're not even eating much. It's not okay to work so hard and not succeed! Maybe try a week of 50g carbs a day, it seems tough but you can eat all the meat and fat you like, all the buttery garlic sauce on your steak... mmmm butter... mmmm steak... I've lost a bit of weight so far, so I'm not just talking through a hole in my face...
