keeping it light i see. how many grams of protein nd fats is it any guesses?

@amanpro191 Normally I prefer to have brown bread because of better fibre content

@swapnaneel03 u hv got to be kidding me! How come it is so high in protein nd low in fat? 😳... I can barely some bread, green veggies nd some mix egg veggie.

@SamVirat There is 100 grams of chicken there which contains approximately 30 grams of protein. And there are some veggies too so total 31-32 grams of protein

@swapnaneel03 oh my bad, i didn't see it clearly that it was chicken 😅. Now i can understand how it's enough protein in such low diet
