@swapnaneel03 u hv got to be kidding me! How come it is so high in protein nd low in fat? 😳... I can barely some bread, green veggies nd some mix egg veggie.

There is 100 grams of chicken there which contains approximately 30 grams of protein. And there are some veggies too so total 31-32 grams of protein
