Think I got 4hrs sleep last night woohoo!! Up at 6am and just lay under my quilt with my eyes shut for ages, no meditations, just silence and cosy. Got up and ready, I had doctors this morning for more thyroid bloods,phone tmro about peri menopause,I need to read up on this, I know nothing about it. WeeG also had appointment at orthodontist then we walked to school together. Seen my friends mum for a cuppa &to borrow his bike, bad idea, cycled home but it's a racer with the handlebars at same height as seat,my back is killing now so I'm not chancing gym tmro either. Had my drumming class this afternoon, love it, had a great time and good to see everyone. Got WeeG from school and went to friends as he had birthday card &present for her, he's also buying a dog bed for her for Pringles! And Pringles crate and puppy harness came today...7days to go! Came home and went another wee walk around marina to get my steps in, was a bit disappointed today when I got weighed but its to be expected, I'm just back from Italy,pizza, pasta,wine...and not been in gym for weeks. I done 11,993 steps, 66heart points and came in just under in my kcal....not a bad day! Hoping to get more sleep tonight and out and about tmro, goodnight all, much love ❤️ 🙏
