Another drop. Yesterday was a bit of a stressful and busy day so i didn't eat as much but i think i still got a good amount of protein in.

I also PR'd on my deadlifts.
265 lbs for 5 reps

Tonight will be a special dinner so I may gain a bit but it'll be worth it.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
