Today seems to have all the fixings to be really challenging!
I overslept, left my music at home so I am 'unplugged' at work, left some of my lunch food at home, and I feel REALLY irritable. I have gobbled down my breakfast now and I am still 'hungry'.
The 'chatter' got to me a bit yesterday afternoon when I couldn't seem to be satisfied with my lunch. I ate my snack (and then some) with a vengence. I don't want that to happen today.
I really need some help. Hopefully, just by reaching out I can gain some inner peace that I so desperately need.
