Have been eating terribly last couple weeks. My sister passed away, had no motivation to Meal plan or prep. Going to try to get on track this week.
91.8 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My condolences on the loss of your sister. I completely understand the emotional rollercoaster that ensues when one of our family members passes. Baby steps to get yourself back on track while you heal your emotional state. It all takes time but don't beat yourself up over this. You have a lot of healing to do & we are all here to support you.
