Love peanut butter. Mine is all his right now to keep me from getting in it at 2 am!

I love peanut butter and used to eat it by the spoonfuls. Now I measure my tablespoon for each piece of toast. Not heaping either I level it with the back of a knife. This was one of the biggest eye opener for me.

Peanut butter is a crime of necessity for me ,keeps me from smacking all day.

MrLewis29 You would be better snacking because Peanut butter is high in Calories, Fat and it does not have any fiber to help you stay full. If you measure and log your calories and watch your macros, old habits can change. I still eat peanut butter but a jar last a lot longer now.
