A weigh-in before coffee this morning 🌄. What a great way to welcome Friday! 😊 Now I need to be good over the weekend. 🙃

Not Adhering to the guidelines you have set up for yourself for controlling your weight has nothing to do with you being “good” or “bad” . Don’t set yourself up with that thinking . You can still be a great and worthy person if you don’t manage your food intake as you would like to— it just means you have to reevaluate your plan and rethink the sustainability of your WOE. LIFESTYLE CHANGE, NOT DIET.
