Good morning all! Day 3 on phase 1 and I feel pretty good. I have yet to step on the scale and am a little afraid to. Every time I start losing I become obsessed with the scale, so I threw mine out a few weeks ago and am just using the one at the gym. I am planning on going to brunch at Saltys (seattle) with my husband on 4/22 (our 1 year wedding anniversary) and plan to get back on phase 1 for 1 more week after that.
Any advise for me about making sure I get back on the wagon? How is everyone else today?

One thing I've noticed is that, after getting into a habit of eating well, even when I go out to eat I'm a little careful. I may eat a few things that aren't SB approved, but I notice that I don't really want to go hog wild. Maybe you'll do the same for your anniversary. And if you do eat terrible, just forget it, and pretend like it never happened the next day. Don't get into the guilt trap, just fix it. You'll be fine. :)

I have found that when I do eat something "bad" I feel like crap from it. It takes a couple of days of being back on "good" foods before I don't feel tired and cranky. Make sure you make note of how you feel before and after Salty's...it will give you incentive to jump right back on South Beach.
