One thing I've noticed is that, after getting into a habit of eating well, even when I go out to eat I'm a little careful. I may eat a few things that aren't SB approved, but I notice that I don't really want to go hog wild. Maybe you'll do the same for your anniversary. And if you do eat terrible, just forget it, and pretend like it never happened the next day. Don't get into the guilt trap, just fix it. You'll be fine. :)
