I usually weigh myself every Sunday and have only gained once after a holiday weekend. Today (Thursday) I stepped on the scales to find I am the same weight as I was last Sunday. Since Sunday I have been 300 or 400 calories under my RDI but have stayed the same weight! Demoralising!
