The scales says I’m losing weight but I don’t see any changes in my body composition. I have to admit I’m a wee bit frustrated 🤔🤔🧐🧐

sometimes we dont lose weight but we can lose cm's. if you track your bodies cm's you might see a difference. ♡ but keep on going. progress takes time. although we might not see the difference we can feel it.

Apparently one loses fat from the internal organs first before the actual fat you see on your body 🤔

I feel the same almost every month! It helps me to take progress photos once every two weeks in the morning, and keep track of cm ☺️

Are you doing any resistance exercise? Is your macro breakdown focused on protein? Weight and body composition are not directly related..
