冷凍蔬菜湯的用法(1~2人份):
1.自製冷凍綜合蔬菜(一拳頭大小,什麼蔬菜都可以),
2.製作好的冷凍蔬菜湯(300ml要冷藏退冰或微波解凍),
3.無糖豆漿 or 水 300ml,
以調理機攪打,就能得到一杯蔬菜滿滿的飲品
