Does anyone pay for the premium version of this app? Just wondering if it’s worth or not? I’ve been using the weight watcher app for 2 years didn’t lose any weight..so I’m coming back full time to this app. Still trying to figure out my calorie intake. I walk 4-5 days per week 4 miles or more each time my pace is about 17:30; I can’t afford the gym monthly and I don’t have room in my house for weights so walking is free and easy for me lol 😂 this app said 1700 calories for sedentary lifestyle I picked that since I don’t consider walking a real intense workout 🤷🏻‍♀️ any thoughts would be appreciated have a good day and weekend all!!
