Base layer:
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup protein powder
Steps:
- Mix together all ingredients
- Press into mold
- Put into fridge
Chocolate layer:
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2/3 cup dark chocolate
Steps:
- Melt chocolate and mix with peanut butter
- Pour on top of base layer
- Refrigerate
- Cut into pieces
