Went for a run last night at a gym. Got 28 min running out of 45 min total/3.48 miles, felt great. My weight went down beacuse of the workout. I have one more run to complete this weekend + a legs workout. I think I am going to try and do some leg exercises at home since there is no way I can make it to a gym till Sunday evening. I can do squats, plie squats, forward lunges, side lunges, bridges, maybe some step-ups on stairs in the house, and some crunches on a floor.
