Running late this morning so ran out the door with a protein drink. I know there are better choices but not in this house. This afternoon we went out for lunch and I ordered a burger no bun, no chips or fries. BUT, I did drink 2 diet cokes rather than water. BAH!!
I should have stopped at the store to get more vegetables but I am so tired from babysitting one of my grand kids last night, got home very late. It was also the first night I was able to sleep with very little back pain for about a week.
