Even though I’ve been riding my bike like crazy and hiking up a storm my weight hasn’t budged which is frustrating. I haven’t recorded, but I eat the same darn thing nearly every day. Trying to eat less now, and see if that helps. One of my bike rides was six hours long and it said I burned over 2000 cal but yet my weight is not budging. At least it’s not going up lol that’s a good thing.
