Greetings my Buddies:
I made it back to Orange Theory Fitness today and did my whole workout. I felt a little crappy in the last 10 minutes - but almost "normal" since I am on medication for my sinus issue.
What a relief to be back at the gym! Who would have thought I would get to the point where I just cannot live without some good exercise and healthy foods?
We all just do the best we can on any given day! Good luck everyone!
Words of the Week: "True success is when you no longer ask What if...?"
I am dedicated, determined and diligent.

Orange Theory Fitness rocks! I highly recommend it. It is heart rate monitored interval training using running/elliptical, rowing machines, weights and TRX. If you GOOGLE you can learn more - but it is all about going at your own pace. Trainers lead the classes and direct your form and encouraging you! AND, they always offer a couple FREE classes so you can try it out first! The Orange part is about getting in the orange zone of the heart rate chart so you work about 84% of your maximum rate.

Glad to hear that you're back to working out!

You can choose not to run at Orange Theory - I use the elliptical or the strider for my cardio portion, then go to rowing machine, weights and TRX straps.

Glad you are back to your usual!
