Soooo! I ended up with symptoms below the neck. I know it's advised not to perform strenuous activity when this is the case. So I've been out of the gym since Wednesday. Today would be Day 3 away from the gym and tomorrow will be Day 4. I'm hoping things get better by Sunday. Until then, I'm sticking close to my calories and have been eating slightly under. I was looking at my consumption last few days and noticed I had over input on my protein shake. That changed my kCal intake and put me further under daily kCal for a few days. I'm thinking since I'm away for this long already, I may do a full 7 day Deload week - however I've never done it with completely being absent from the gym, usually I'll reduce weights pushed by a percentage. Still have today and tomorrow to think about it 🤔 Til then, I'm sticking close to my nutrion!
