1 porsi 5-6 bola: 50-60 gr pisang 15 gr oats 5 gr flax seed / chia seed 25 gr plain yogurt 3 gr selai kacang 10 gr whey protein (optional) Cinnamon powder, garam dan gula rendah kalori sedikit aja Di masak di teflon orak arik sampe kecoklatan Terus gulung satu2 jadi bola Tinggal tambahin topping lg klo mau
