So I finally have reached a point that my brisk walks are allowing me to jog a little. I’m not measuring distance or time. Just trying to get better at acknowledging how my body feels in the moment.
I have noticed that I stop jogging or slow to a crawl, not from lack of breathe, but pain (6-7/10) in calves and ankles. In the mornings, very painful to walk for the first hour or so.
Anyone have this experience?
