Diablo- This is all for fun anyways. I know you have the blueprint. Just have to stick to it. I’m on the other side of the fence from you, it seems. Lately I’ve been trying to bulk but the thought of losing the washboard abs has me feeling trepidatious, especially when I see the scale weight jump up. Surely, this will keep me “spinning my wheels” so-to-speak. This is something I will have to figure out how to overcome. We’re all on the same journey, just different paths.
P.s. I don’t really have a washboard for abs

Yeah, we have the opposite problem. I hate to see the scale go down unless I look noticeably leaner immediately. I want to be as big and heavy as possible while also being lean. From your perspective you're probably like no big deal just get lean, it's easy. And I see you and think just eat more it's easy. lol. I got down to 160 from a high of 220 when I began to workout and then I bulked to 205 over about 3 years. I probably did some short cuts every summer, but getting to 190-205 and maintaining that for a time helped me put the muscle size on. I think I'll have to cut to 175 or so to be really lean. We'll see. Keep up the good work!

Diablo- Haha I wouldn’t call it easy. Maybe simple, but not easy. What you put in is what you get out. You would look absolutely ridiculous at 175. And I mean that in the most respectful way. At that point though, it’s more for the sake of art. Don’t sacrifice too much. But it would be crazy to see. Either way, thanks for being an inspiration. I’ll try to meet you at 175! Hopefully a svelte 175.
